Crystal Healing
This relaxing and balancing crystal healing treatment can be used to address a variety of specific emotional, physical and spiritual imbalances, such as:

Each session begins with a chakra assessment to determine the health and vitality of each chakra. Then, crystals will be used to open, cleanse and strengthen each chakra. A specific crystal layout will be chosen for your individual needs, with each being activated for their fullest healing potential and placed on or around the body to stimulate healing and restore balance.
The session is very soothing and deeply calming, allowing you to just lie back and relax as the crystals do their healing work. In this deep state of relaxation, stress is easily released from the body allowing you to leave the session feeling rejuvenated, revitalised and completely refreshed.

Angelic Reiki
Angelic Reiki is an energetic healing technique in which a practitioner channels energy of the highest vibration, from the Angelic Realm, into the client, with the aim of sending healing to the four bodies of physical, mental, emotional and spiritual wellbeing.

Angelic Reiki is believed to have a wide range of uses, including but not limited to:

Many different practices can be incorporated into an Angelic Reiki session, such as undergoing an energetic body scan to assess the causes of pain and discomfort or to pinpoint imbalances in the body. The practitioner will then channel in the required energies to help relieve pain, soothe and release emotional distress and send healing to the body as a whole.

I am excited to be undertaking a Sound Practitioner Training Course with the amazing Suara Sound Academy in Cornwall. I'm very much looking forward to being able to offer this wonderful healing modality, which incorporates tools such as tuning forks, chimes, singing bowls and percussion instruments.
This will be offered as a stand alone therapy, or can be incorporated into a multi-modality holistic healing session. More details will be available soon.
